HARRISBURG AREA TRANSPORTATION STUDY
ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN ––
HATS staff, with support from Gibson Thomas Engineering and Simone Collins Landscape Architecture is developing an Active Transportation Plan for Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties.
The plan covers on- and off-road non-motorized transportation facilities that connect our region's residents and visitors with places to live, work, shop and play.
The project team attended multiple events in 2024 to share the plan with the public and receive input (see below).
